About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager, Strategy to partner closely with the Founder and executive team in shaping and executing our strategic roadmap. This role bridges strategy, program management, and executive support, ensuring alignment across teams and turning high-level vision into actionable outcomes.
The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and execution-driven, with a background in strategy, consulting, or SaaS/tech operations. They will thrive in ambiguity, ask tough questions, and bring clarity through strong documentation, roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Leadership
- Act as a strategic liaison between the Founder and leadership team, ensuring seamless communication across the organisation.
- Provide decision-making support to the Founder, including research, analysis, and recommendations.
- Represent the Founder in select meetings and drive follow-up actions.
- Exercise independent judgment and initiative in managing priorities.
Strategic Planning & Roadmap
- Collaborate with the Founder and executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic and operational plans.
- Build and maintain company-wide roadmaps, and strategic documentation.
- Ask the right questions to surface blind spots and align stakeholders on priorities
- Partner with Product Leads to translate company strategy into product and consumer lifecycle milestones.
Program & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery.
- Design and streamline processes and workflows to improve organisational efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to accelerate execution.
- Track and report progress of strategic initiatives to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, program management, Chief of Staff, or a similar role. SaaS/tech startup experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate vision into structured plans, and actionable roadmaps.
- Familiar with the SaaS product lifecycle and GTM strategies.
- Exceptional ability to create clear documentation, decks, and executive-level communication.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Additional Considerations
- Preference for a candidate with experience in technology or similar industries (particularly hardware/software-driven businesses)
- A passion for data-driven businesses
- Background in business administration, management consulting, or similar field is an advantage

We’re looking for a proactive professional for a 3-month, part-time contract (3 days/week) onsite. Make an impact while working closely with our team in a dynamic office environment.
